Medicare Mental Health Care Plan

$200 – 50min session – $96.65 rebate – $103.35 Gap Fee

Private Paying Clients

$200 – 50min session – Check with your health insurer if eligible for any rebate

NDIS

$220 – 45min session + 15min administration

Rebates

Medicare Rebates

For Australian clients, Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions each year with a General Practitioner (GP) or Psychiatrist referral and a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).

Medicare rebates are also available for Telehealth consultations.

Please note, you do not require a GP referral to attend psychology sessions, it is simply an option to aid with fees.

Private Health Rebates

You may be eligible for a partial reimbursement for psychology fees through your private health fund.

Please contact your health fund directly for further information.

Please note that you are not able to claim for private health insurance rebates if you are already accessing Medicare rebates for your session.

Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand ours is too.

With session times in high demand, we require at least 48 business hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Less than 48hrs notice, a 50% cancellation fee may be incurred.

Less than 24hrs notice or not attending your appointment, full fee is payable.

We welcome Telehealth sessions as an alternative should you be unable to attend in person.
